Inspired by the Jordan Collection Exhibition

This exhibition is a glimpse into North Down Museum’s fascinating Sir John Newell Jordan collection.  Sir Jordan, who was born on the outskirts of Bangor in 1852, was one of Britain’s most eminent diplomats in Asia at the turn of the last century.
Through the Peace IV funded Connecting Communities Programme, the museum has worked with the Nerve Centre and a group of dedicated volunteers to explore and research this collection.  This exhibition is just a taster of the artwork the group have created inspired by this fascinating collection.
